GET EXCITED:
The Purposful Audiologist
Results Are In!
You’re an innovative go-getter
Your purpose is to… Lead With Love *Not War*

Your purpose as an audiologist is to grab the wheel and steer your team towards success. No matter how big or small the task, you give it your all.
What’s the point in doing anything halfway, right?
You see challenges in our profession as opportunities to prove yourself. Roadblocks that others run from motivate you to push harder and jump higher. On top of that, your tendency to challenge the status quo means you’re naturally innovative. You find new, unexpected solutions to old problems. Which is VERY useful as an audiologist!
From the outside looking in, you’re living the dream! You’ve accomplished so much. People think your success is based on some alchemical miracle, but you know the truth- you worked hard to get where you are.
Okay you innovative go-getter, what people don’t see is that you’re likely dealing with a whole bevy of hurdles- from perfectionism, work-a-holic tendencies, and a lack of confidence when it comes to putting yourself out there.

Hi there!
I’m katie Armatoski, Au.D
A midwestern audiologist and content creator obsessed with educating other audiologists about online marketing.
I didn’t always have this voice and determination. In fact, just a few years ago at work you could find me going through the motions. I worked hard but not with heart. What I thought was an extremely respected field quickly turned into a saturated market. Now that I’ve found my voice in this noisy market I want to share it with you. Together, we can differentiate ourselves and demonstrate our value.
I grew up helping my dad manage more than one small business and watched my mom care for others in the healthcare field. If you combined my father’s entrepreneurial skills, my mothers persistence, and the knowledge handed down from my mentors in audiology the recipe yields Ascending Audiologists.
Whatever your roadblock is in marketing, I *pinkie promise* I can help you get over it.

Starting to feel the hurdles of our ever changing profession?
Three quick tips to keep your cool…
1. Get Clear on Your Current Circumstances
It’s hard to see a path forward without knowing where you stand. If you spend hours trying to sort out what you want, what you love to do, and how to be yourself – or even believe in yourself, you’re so not alone.
It’s totally normal to find yourself frozen by all the choices out there. But when this happens, you’ve got to take action… If you don’t, you might give up your power.
Instead, try turning inwards and taking stock of your current circumstances. What’s lifting you up? And what’s weighing you down? Why haven’t you taken those necessary steps towards the future of your dreams?
2. Master Your Workflow
Time is now your most important currency. Take control of your time. Focus on your zone of genius. Don’t be afraid to step back- you’re the one that’s responsible for the big picture so don’t get too caught up in the little things.
3. Take Small Steps Towards Your Goal
Once you’ve gained a bit of clarity about any changes you will be making, set some mini-goals to help get you there. Think of things you can take immediate action on. Say you decided to implement a new revenue stream. Make very small goals that can be completed daily. Mini-goals take no longer than 5-10 minutes a day.
Setting yourself bite-sized goals will give you a sense of achievement and build up your confidence.
